Michael Wolff -“Brother Mike”

As Facilitator for the Isaiah 6 Outreach Ministry, I am not a gatekeeper standing in front of God, but a fellow servant holding the door open for my fellow brothers and sister in Christ.

“As an Ordained Minister and retired Forester I have always found my purpose in stewardship—of both the land and the community. My wife Debbie and I founded Isaiah 6 Outreach Ministry with a specific vision: to bridge the gap for marginalized individuals, from pregnant teens and unmarried mothers to ex-offenders seeking a second chance. My objective is to leverage my background in leadership and ministry to provide grounded, compassionate outreach to the ‘unchurched’ and the homeless, fostering a community where perfection in effort meets a genuine commitment to the individual.

I understood that a healthy ecosystem doesn’t need a “boss”; it needs a steward who understands the soil, the water, and the light.  And my goal was to take my years of experience and recycle it into this new direction as Facilitator.

A. The Soil: is now the Restorationist, Anabaptist theology—the grounded root system.

B.  The Water: is the peer-led fellowship and the life-giving conversation and shared burden-bearing.

C. The Light is Christ, the “One Teacher”—the only source of true growth.

The Isaiah 6 Outreach Ministry is a Mission of “Equal Footing”

. “Living the “Isaiah 6” Call “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!’” (Isaiah 6:8)

Our Values

The word “authentic” means real; to be true or genuine and faith is believing in a God we do not physically see. The bible tells us we can know because He has given us the Holy Spirit who unites the believer with Christ and places him in each of us. He also unites the believer with Christ in His death, enabling him to live victoriously over sin.

As a parent I can tell you that preschoolers are the smartest people in the world. I never needed to tell them if I had a headache, if I did not sleep well, or if something was on my mind. They intuitively knew by my actions, expressions, and demeanor. Preschoolers can also tell if I was living an authentic faith-filled life in Christ. And with child-like faith, preschoolers can read people like books. They are always watching, learning, and imitating. As parents, we are a walking and breathing example of what it means to live with an authentic faith in Jesus. With such a tender and receptive audience surrounding us, the daily pursuit of a deeper and even more authentic faith in the Lord is imperative.

When others see Jesus in us, He can become real to them. Surely this type of authentic faith is laying foundations for future faith!

So, I say “my faith is authentic” because I strive to live as faith filled example and believe the same Holy Spirit dwells within me as I submit to God. 2 Timothy 3:15-17. and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
